Sold as a rack or in individual ribs, cook in oven for 70 minutes at 190 deg or long and on the BBQ.
Approximately 700 g per rack (8 ribs) left plain if preferred.

Half a marinaded Nidderdale chicken, each half is enough for 2 good servings, Different marinades include, black garlic/ ginger chilli  & lime/coconut chilli & lime, garlic & herb, Chinese,  each half comes in a tin foil to roast it in, which takes about 50 minutes @180 deg in a fan oven. Or 35-40 minutes in a air fryer.

A Nidderdale chicken breast coated coated in a garlic & herb marinade, cook whole in oven covered with foil or cut in to strips for stir fry or fajitas, dice for kebabs or cook on the BBQ. £12-99 kg/approx £2-65each.
