Locally produced pork stuffed with a variety of fillings, including ,- Sage & onion stuffing, prunes, black pudding, mozzarella, chopped salad peppers & red onion. Can be made bespoke. Depending on the fill they come wrapped in streaky bacon. 1 serves 2-4 people, roast for approximately 35-40 minutes. Approximately 700 g £11-75 per kg/ approximately £10-00 each

Locally produced pork tenderloin/fillet, beaten out with a bread crumb and Parmesan coating. Approximately 200 g per portion. Oven or shallow fry £11-25 per kg/approximately £2-75 each

A approximately 220 g top rump steak in a slightly spicy peppercorn Marinade, BBQ, oven, grill or fry, try not to over cook. £19-50 per kg/approximately £4-35 each

A 200-225 g locally produced boneless prime lamb steak, In a minty glaze, individually vacuum sealed to seal in the flavour. Perfect to cook in the oven/grill , diced up for kebabs or cooked on the BBQ. £24-00 per kg/approx £4-75 each

Half a marinaded Nidderdale chicken, each half is enough for 2 good servings, Different marinades include, black garlic/ ginger chilli  & lime/coconut chilli & lime, garlic & herb, Chinese,  each half comes in a tin foil to roast it in, which takes about 50 minutes @180 deg in a fan oven. Or 35-40 minutes in a air fryer.
