Locally produced pork tenderloin/fillet, beaten out with a bread crumb and Parmesan coating. Approximately 200 g per portion. Oven or shallow fry £11-25 per kg/approximately £2-75 each

2 duck legs in a tasty orange sauce supplied in there own foil roasting tray. Cook in oven for 40 minutes. £7-99 per pack (2 legs)
