Half a marinaded Nidderdale chicken, each half is enough for 2 good servings, Different marinades include, black garlic/ ginger chilli & lime/coconut chilli & lime, garlic & herb, Chinese, each half comes in a tin foil to roast it in, which takes about 50 minutes @180 deg in a fan oven. Or 35-40 minutes in a air fryer.
