All of our bacon & gammon we sell is British.
All of the dry cured bacon is produced by ourselves using locally produced pork from award winning pie makers (Andrew Voakes) and farmers at whixley near Bourobridge.
All bacon & gammon is sliced by ourselves and not out of a packet like many of our competitors.
This has the advantage of cutting it to the thickness required and giving a dryer products.
