Locally produced pork stuffed with a variety of fillings, including ,- Sage & onion stuffing, prunes, black pudding, mozzarella, chopped salad peppers & red onion. Can be made bespoke. Depending on the fill they come wrapped in streaky bacon. 1 serves 2-4 people, roast for approximately 35-40 minutes. Approximately 700 g £11-75 per kg/ approximately £10-00 each
