A full front (all breast) off a 1.9 kg Nidderdale chicken, deboned and stuffed with sage & onion stuffing or sausage meat with a collar of streaky bacon. Roast for approximately 65 minutes. Perfect for 2-4 people.

Half a marinaded Nidderdale chicken, each half is enough for 2 good servings, Different marinades include, black garlic/ ginger chilli  & lime/coconut chilli & lime, garlic & herb, Chinese,  each half comes in a tin foil to roast it in, which takes about 50 minutes @180 deg in a fan oven. Or 35-40 minutes in a air fryer.
