A Gressingham duck breast with a hint of Chinese spice rub In its own roasting container, with a separate pot of plum sauce. Follow the duck breast cooking instructions on the gressingham website, serve whole or in slices and pour over preheated sauce. £6-99 each

Locally produced pork stuffed with a variety of fillings, including ,- Sage & onion stuffing, prunes, black pudding, mozzarella, chopped salad peppers & red onion. Can be made bespoke. Depending on the fill they come wrapped in streaky bacon. 1 serves 2-4 people, roast for approximately 35-40 minutes. Approximately 700 g £11-75 per kg/ approximately £10-00 each

A BBQ flavoured Nidderdale chicken breast, loaded with grated mozzarella cheese, sliced peppers, red onion and thin sliced Yorkshire chorizo. Bake in oven for approximately 24 minutes. £4-25 each
