A approximately 220 g top rump steak in a slightly spicy peppercorn Marinade, BBQ, oven, grill or fry, try not to over cook. £19-50 per kg/approximately £4-35 each

A Nidderdale chicken breast beaten out and coated in a blend of 50/50 bread crumbs and Parmesan. Bake in oven for approximately 16 minutes or shallow fry. £3-20 each

A Nidderdale chicken breast in a ginger, chilli & lime marinade.
Cook whole in the oven covered with foil or cut in to strips for stir fry or fajitas, dice for kebabs, also great on the BBQ.£12-99 per kg/approx £2-65 each

Sold as a rack or in individual ribs, cook in oven for 70 minutes at 190 deg or long and on the BBQ.
Approximately 700 g per rack (8 ribs) left plain if preferred.
