A BBQ flavoured Nidderdale chicken breast, loaded with grated mozzarella cheese, sliced peppers, red onion and thin sliced Yorkshire chorizo. Bake in oven for approximately 24 minutes. £3-85 each

Half a marinaded Nidderdale chicken, each half is enough for 2 good servings, Different marinades include, black garlic/ ginger chilli  & lime/coconut chilli & lime, garlic & herb, Chinese,  each half comes in a tin foil to roast it in, which takes about 50 minutes @180 deg in a fan oven. Or 35-40 minutes in a air fryer.

Locally produced pork tenderloin/fillet, beaten out with a bread crumb and Parmesan coating. Approximately 200 g per portion. Oven or shallow fry £11-25 per kg/approximately £2-75 each
