For the freezer 3 kg £45-00 (joints cut to required size) Allow 200-250 g uncooked meat per serving. (A 1 kg joint feeds approx 4-5 people)

£30-00 per kg

Allow 200-250 g or uncooked meat per person,

(1 kg joint feeds approx 4-5 people)

£62-00 per kg ( cut to required size)

Can be cut in to steaks or left in the piece to be made in to a beef wellington.

£37-00 per kg (approx £8-00 per 225 g steak)

All steaks are cut to required weight and thickness.
